Steps:

1. Create a New Thread
2. Give it a Fancy Title and @ Eric Hubacheck who will be responsible for translating it into a User Story and placing it into our PDLC
3. Please try to be as specific as possible - or we will reach back out to you for clarification
4. Please give a little sales pitch on why this matters, not just to you, but to others! (We rank all new ideas, and not all ideas make the cut)

Thanks for the instructions. I imagine you guys will let feature requests build up a bit before developing them?

Not necessarily. We have a process where we take all ideas (good, bad, ugly) and flesh them out. Once the idea is well understood and documented, it enters a pool of where the best ideas live. In this pool, we constantly rank every idea on a frequent basis in terms of impact, effort, etc... We will often cherry pick requests that are high impact/low effort and solve an urgent need, especially if tied to a customer request. The highest rated features get sent for delivery, placed into the roadmap and tasked out based on development capacity. Once it enters the development cycle it joins the assembly line.
